Extraction is required if there is not enough space for tooth alignment. It can be decided after clinical examination and x rays.

Tooth extraction depends on the severity of your malocclusion. Even with invisible braces, if your case demands, extraction might have to be done. The best invisible braces around the world is Invisalign. But yes it is expensive. Also, Orthodontists have to undergo special training to be eligible to be Invisalign Providers. For other aligners, anyone can give them out. There are lots of other aligner companies, however the results are a little compromised.

Teeth extraction depends upon the severity of malocclusion ,rather than the type of braces.    Severely crowded teeth definitely needs tooth extraction irrespective of braces types.      Brand of invisible braces is to be decided by Doctor, we will evaluate your oral condition and suggest the best suitable for you.   So have a dental consultation, take necessary radiological investigations ,Go for Invisible Braces as suggested by your doctor.
