Tooth and Mouth Problems

What is the sequence of treatments for solving TMJ disorder?? Does presence of Wisdom tooth is a factor to be considered?

I hv been taking Panmasala for last 5yrs. Now I am feeling burning sensation in my tongue, roof and outside area of lips while taking food. I am not taking any irretants for last one month. HV taken 1 becosul capsule and 1 SM fibro for last 11days. But burning sensation not resolved. Kindly suggest something to get rid of. My mouth opening is 35mm.

I have seen single spots on 2 tooths each on upper side of the tooth in upper gums. I have pain in eating food . Please tell some treatment

My lower left second molar tooth gum hurts to touch if I touch/rub the gum with my finger. It hurts very sore and tender. Hurts while brushing too. What does it indicate? No cavities or dental work done on that tooth. I did cavity filling on first left lower molar last year and that tooth gum is little sore and tender too. But the second molar is very sore to touch. It hurts a lot while brushing. First molar hurts for biting and chewing. Constant sore pain. No sensitivity to hot or cold. What to do for this sore pain on tooth and gum?

I have sore pain suddenly on lower left molar teeth. First and second. Second  molar is very sore and tender to touch and hurts while brushing. No dental work done on that tooth. No cavities in last x-ray taken an year back. In the first mola #36, had a cavity filling one year back and it's sometimes hurt when I chew or eat crunchy foods on that tooth. That tooth gum is sore too. But the second molar gum is very sore. Whenever I touch the gum with my finger, it hurts. What does it indicate? I have lower jaw pain under ear and neck right side for last 8 months and I have been treating those for last 8 months. No diagnosis for that. Had rct in #46. Suspected fracture and nothing found in x-ray. So , I am not chewing on right side at all. Using only left side for last 8 months. Don't know if this is the reason for sudden gum sore pain on that left side. Are these related? How to resolve the gum sore pain?  Please help.

Do i need to get upper wisdom teeth removed after i got lower removed even if no pain in upper teeth .

My teeths are in extreme disordered condition and I want to get them in order. Please suggest is it the best option at this age.

I was abroad when I braced now that I have returned to the Philippines i cant find dental clinics because they don't want to remove braces done by other orthodontics. Is there anyone can help me?

Do I have an overbite? Will I need braces? if yes,What problems will overbite cause in the future? Does overbite change the shape of your jaw/face? Is overbite cause by bruxism?

I had root canal on #46 in September. No infection or cavities. I had lower jaw burning pain under ear and side of neck since may month. Went to dentist, took CBCT,he suspect either tmjd or fracture in #46. I went to Endo and no fracture spotted. That tooth was sensitive to bite and cold spray. Endo did Rct. I got crown in Nov. Still same symptoms in jaw and neck. That tooth and gum is very sore since crown placed. Went back to Endo since same burning pain in jaw, neck. He tapped on the rct tooth, it hurts and tender. Gave bite paper to bite on. It hurts and sore, tender, sensitive to bite on. He prescribed antibiotics for a week to see if it helps. Does antibiotics helps for this tapping, biting pain/tenderness? He took new cbct this week and no bone loss noted. How to find fracture from Cbct? He is not very sure though. My rct filling is very narrow in Cbct. So he asked me to come back,he will redo rct with wider filling. Will that help? My dentist want me to extract it. Endo re-RCT
