Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hi I have a tiny pulsating bump on my upper lip towards the left. I must mention I have a habit of biting my lips or cheeks when I'm stressed out, but I've been more cautious since I've seen this. Any insight to this? Past history: Quit smoking in 2013 and I very rarely consume alcohol. Have had RCT and restorations done in the past. No underlying conditions known.

I got my tooth filling done 6years back. Now whenever I bite or even if I drnk normal water I am getting sentisitivity on those tooth. What can be the reason?

Please check the attached X-RAY , my age is 36 and I m not sure if getting into teeth allignment treatment will be effective. I have heard that at my age it's tough and also it impact gums health and also it effects brain. Not sure what to do . Shall I go for treatment or things may get worse if I go for treatment. I have a cut inside my mouth cheek side after that there is a spot in red with white outline. It is from 3 months I have done many medicine to cure the spot but no medicine work on the spot because of this I have issue of ear problem also please suggest me best medicine to cure my cut spot...

What does tapping pain on that tooth indicates? Biting on it on the bite paper hurts. What does it indicates? What is the treatment for the tapping pain tooth ? I have constant burning pain in lower jaw under ear, neck for more than 6 months. Went to dentist and he suspect a tooth root fracture#46. He want me to extract it. That tooth was sensitive and hurts to bite on bite paper and tapping. He took CBCT and suspect fracture from it. I went to Endo and he couldn't see the fracture. X-rays were normal. He did cold and bite test. That tooth was sensitive and hurts to bite on one spot and sensitive to cold spray.So the Endo said rct. I did rct 2 months back.Still same symptoms in jaw and neck. Had temporary crown 3 weeks back and permanent crown last week. The same symptoms still. Along with burning pain in jaw and neck,I have constant sore pain in that tooth#46 and gum since this crown placed. Went back to dentist,he tapped on that tooth and it was painful.he want me to extract it now.

My front two teeths are very broad. It makes me anxious while smiling. Is there any way I can fix it.

Does pain transfer to nerves of other teeth after RC treatment? My lower left back tooth RCT has been done and just crowning is remaining. But sometimes my upper back tooth on the left or sometimes upper right tooth nerves have slight pain or discomfort. It comes and goes. There's filling done on both upper teeth.

My baby's tooth is fallen down but it's more than 6 month crossed permanent tooth doesn't appear on that place. Is there any problem??

My baby tooth just fell off at the age of 22 but the gap is being taken care of.. Iv developed some kind of phobia now and feel like my other permanent teeth just around the gap are shaking too.. How to know if its shaking or not?
