Extraction to be done with respect to third molar and cap is necessary for 1st molar, you should always go for dental cleaning every year atleast once and proper brushing, flossing is recommended... Thank u
Generally root canal treatment is not advised for third molars, in view of various factors.
If it is already broken, better to get it extracted.
The other molars also need to be evaluated further.
Next Steps
See an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon & General Dentist / Endodontist
It is really unfortunate that you ended up damaging both the adjacent teeth and that happened either because you are not Flossing in between the teeth or the crown was ill- fitting .
Dental problems like caries is more of a lifestyle issue rather than developmental defect . It is best to understand why cavities forms in first place.
Kindly focus in your diet and Brush +Floss after meals.
Crowns on a molar are a must after RCT. It's important you visit the right dentist who can give you a well -fitting crown in first molar..or else in days to come either your premolar will have a new cavity or a secondary cavity could develop under the molar crowns. CAD- CAM crowns are more precise and well fitting .
In my practice I have been using Chairside CAD CAM . Digital scanning and milling makes a well fitting precise crowns.
Next Steps
visit the dentist and proceed with crown
Health Tips
