What is periapical abscess,pdl inflamed?
I have some pain in jaw and neck. Went to dentist. He took x-ray and it's normal. Took CbcT scan. He said some issue in#46. He said pdl inflammation and cbct report says might be periapical abscess. What is the treatment for both?
