Periapical granuloma
Already RCT done 8 years back(crown not used) Having intermittent pain from last 1 year. Recently CBCT - Periapical granuloma One doctor told about Re RCT. Another told for extraction(as Re RCT will be complicated and no guarantee ) I'm confused - please help In case of Re RCT- any dentist can do that or any specific procedure needed?(microscope etc)

Hello First, you can try for Re RCT but be prepared if the RCT arm. fails you have to go for tooth extraction

I went through your case And I think re-RCT can be done. For re-RCT I recommend visiting a specialist, an endodontist. If not feasible, then go for extraction, but I recommend an endodontic opinion at first

Hello Re RCT can de done. Consult with an endodontist as he the expert in root canals So kindly get the treatment done from them
