Already RCT done 8 years back(crown not used)
Having intermittent pain from last 1 year.
Recently CBCT - Periapical granuloma
One doctor told about Re RCT.
Another told for extraction(as Re RCT will be complicated and no guarantee )
I'm confused - please help
In case of Re RCT- any dentist can do that or any specific procedure needed?(microscope etc)

I went through your case
And I think re-RCT can be done.
For re-RCT I recommend visiting a specialist, an endodontist.
If not feasible, then go for extraction, but I recommend an endodontic opinion at first
