Periapical abscess in RCT tooth
I have done an RCT on one of my tooth 2 years ago and I am having periapical abscess in that tooth. Kindly suggest what should I go for, extract and implant or re-RCT. I have attached my x-ray report here. In case of re-RCT, will cutting the crown and extracting the infected tissues help?

X ray is of very poor quality. You can try doing Re RCT from MDS endodontist. If that fails then extraction is the only option.
Next Steps
Visit MDS endodontist.

Extraction is the last option. Before that you can go for Re-RCT and start some antibiotics too.
Next Steps
Go for extraction of your wisdom tooth. It is putting force on your 2nd and 1st molar.

First your treatment will be for impacted wisdom tooth. Go for Extraction of wisdom tooth and start with antibiotics. After that, wait for 1 week and then start with your treatment , re RCT through the crown ( if needed). But if condition worsen, go for extraction.

Could not make out very clearly from your x-ray but if periapical lesion is there, it seems RCT can be tried again. Though clinical examination will determine the exact treatment modality.
