I used baking soda as toothpaste with finger (no toothbrush). I recently came to know that baking soda should not be used regularly. I used it for almost 1 year 8 months. Should I be worried that it might have abraded my tooth enamel or any other damage?

Hi, using baking soda is very harmful for your tooth enamel though it gives transient whitening effect over your teeth. As u have already used it more than a year pls go for re mineralization paste and gel for prevention of severe sensitivity..
Its sad that you were not aware. Awareness by self proclaimed armchair specialists causes such issues. You should never use baking soda. You must definitely see a dentist and see if there is damage and do whatever's necessary if there are any issues. Hope your teeth aren't damaged. Take care
