I have TMJ which keeps getting flared up once a month. What are my long term solutions? Do I consult a dentist or an ENT specialist? How can I get rid of TMJ?

Hello I am 18 years old past two weeks I had a masala called "kala namak" are it tastes so weird and since than whenever I have any masalas in my food I had that weird taste why is it so?

So i see many time in this side those gums become red, no pain as such with regular activity but have felt a little ache sometimes (1-2 times), mostly when food gets stuck in between the teeth.. so is that anything serious? How to cure mouth sore .. I tried Coconut oil Ghee Orasore gel B12 capsule directly on that sore ... Even i drink alot of water .. But still having mouth sore prob ..each month
