Tooth and Mouth Problems

I hear some clicking noise from my right jaw when i open my mouth. I noticed it today itself. is it something worrying ?

Can you please tell which painkiller is good for the pain due to growth of wisdom teeth? Should I take combiflam?I have IBS

How long after double jaw surgery I can open my mouth completely I am one month post op and my swelling in my cheeks seems to me it's pulling specially on the right side hope it's not dysesthesia attached is my latest OPG..

Last year I had impacted and infected lower wisdom tooth, which further infected my adjacent lower right molar , although I got wisdom tooth removed through surgery and about 5 months after, I got RCT for lower right molar .In final sitting of RCT my doctor told me that my tooth is very much infected and , she is not sure for how long RCT will help, so she advised me to keep the tooth without crown for atleast a year and see if it settles on its own. Currently my molar has RCT and covered with permanent filling. But the problem which I am facing is that when ever I am eating anything sweet or drinking soda , my RCT tooth pains a little and I feel pressure on the jaw and mild swelling on the same side of cheek. It's completely uncomfortable feeling. I want to know what could possibly be the problem for this and what further treatment should I go for. Hi I had developed pain in my left ear so consulted a ENT specialist. He examined the ear and said it's absolutely fine. He then examined by jaw and told me it's TMJ arthralgia. Pain in ear referred from TMJ. It's almost 10 days now. Pain is still there not severe but dull and constant. I am taking soft diet and hot fomentation. I took painkillers for a week. Wish to know how much time it takes for it to heal? Anything more needs to be done.

Upper left teeth and nose pain I went to the dentist for this reason He taken the xray and the teeth bone was nice An antibiotic is given to relieve the pain They are doxy XT, Diclomol They did not ease the pain for me   Then he said you were post covid   So to confirm if there is Black fungus Then I met the ENT doctor He had an endoscopy of his nose and was    diagnosed with no black fungus Regardless of dental problem and ENT problem I do not understand why this pain occurs
