Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have lower impacted wisdom tooth. Can it be cause of TMJ arthralgia? I have no pain at the site of wisdom tooth. Please advise.

I have Left side TMJ arthralgia since 5 weeks. I am on painkillers, hot fomentation and volini gel. Symptoms have improved but not completely. OPG shows impacted wisdom tooth on both sides. Can wisdom tooth be the reason for it? I consulted orthodontist also who said teeth alignment is fine. No direct or indirect trauma to the joint. I am worried. I am attaching my OPG for opinion regarding wisdom tooth. please advise

My mother in law's wisdom tooth extracted on 12th of July. She have no pain and swelling. Can she take COVID vaccine on 14th of July??

Observed this lump in mouth 3 days ago. It is not hard or painful but seems like a skin tag or veiny. Veins are also visible on it and it bleeds on abrasion.
