Bleaching is good but will cause sensitivity issue for some time. But if there is less degree of misalignment then i suggest to go for the veneers placement, if will solve the discoloration as well as little misalignment problem both at once,..
Next Steps
visit your dentist and ask for the veneer placement procedure.. if possible then go ahead..

Yes, you can go ahead with orthodontic treatment for re alignment of your teeth. It's completely safe. For yellowish teeth you need scaling and polishing. After that if you still feel for more improvement then you can go for bleaching. It is also safe. Consult doctor online or offline for better guidance and treatment options.

It is absolutely safe to get your teeth aligned. There are various options for alignment, starting from metal braces, ceramic braces, invisible or clear aligners and lingual aligners as well. You'll need to wear retainers at the end of the alignment completion to maintain the teeth in their new place. Coming to whitening, bleaching is a safe option. However start first by getting a dental scaling and polishing done. After that if you feel you want them to be more white, you can discuss with your dentist and plan for a professional whitening treatment.
Next Steps
visit a dentist for further assessment
Health Tips
always brush your teeth twice a day, floss once a day.
