Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hi, Today morning I felt some pain in my teeth and noticed that one of my bicuspid tooth is slightly moving. I recently had a tooth discoloration issue because of using hard brush and forced brushing. Kindly suggest me should I get treatment or is it normal and gets well with proper mouth care.

I am 21 yrs old and I live in Jaipur. I want to get my upper palate expanded using MSE or some other appliance (without surgery). Can someone please recommend me a good orthodontist for the same.

I had my rct done in 2017 of my 2 lower insicors teeth but my doctor had not put any crown over it recently I got a cavity on my molar, is capping mandatory ?or I can be fine without it?

M24, non smoker, no tobacco, Had wisdom tooth impacted on right side got the one removed. This is left side, here also pigmentation is coming up? Is this normal? When washed with water and when i lay my finger over that area it feels granular/rough and also most of the time when upper teeth gets rubbed on the surface of bm, it feels roughy, i am scared if its cancer? Also, is the partoid papilla on this side seems normal? And what does this flaky line type spots on where the pigmentation is? First pic is of left side, 2nd pic(zoomed one) is of right side. I got it checked by dentists and ent too, after clinical checkup, they're saying its normal but when i workout and get thirsty, that time roughness is more prominent and also sometimes during regular day hours too! Should I go for biopsy? If yes also m really really scared, as this has been going on since 2 mnths :(. I wanna cry badly

My son is 6.5 years old last two week his upper two teeth fell down , it not yet grown .now again it's lower teeth is shaking. Is this normal ??

Hello, I am 24 year old, I had first molar extracted when I was 21, I had implant last year on September, I had knife edge bone but doctor told I have good bone height and go for direct implant no need for bone grafting, After implant I noticed that the implant is deep and gums not covered . Whatever I eat it get stuck between implant crown. Now I have anxiety and worried about it. Can anyone please help? should I go another implant or I can get bone and gum grafting on implant? Thanks
