Implant’s success depends on lots of factors. One being your previous health history. And other is how well you maintain that implant as in keeping mouth clean. In some bone density also decides implant stability. So a proper planning with a motivated patient will definitely have a long lasting implant. In short implants can be done for Molars also.

Yes.. a properly planned and placed implant is always gonna be successful based on patient’s maintenance.. and for the people who told you that in the molar region,implant might be failed, their reason could be the chewing forces which are high in the molar region.. but.. implants are always given in implant protected occlusion that means they are given about 0.5-1mm below the occlusal level of other teeth which helps in the reduction of forces transferred to the implant.. so please stop worrying and go for the implant supported tooth in molar region.

Placement and success of an implant depends upon various factors like medical ailments, parafunctional habits, compliance to oral hygiene, lifestyle choices (being a smoker/non-smoker), etc. Since the molar region receives the maximum bite force when a person bites, the implants in such cases requires additional care and planning prior to its placement . Not just the placement, but the final prosthetic rehabilitation plays a key role in the successful outcome of the treatment.

Implant is best option . There is no problem if you do not have any medical problem. If implantologist does this then he remains successful.

Firstly it depends on your Past Medical History , Your Daily Habits. If these are not the issue of concern. Then you have to go through the Bone Scan; If it is okay then I don’t think so There will be any issue for placement of the Implant.
And make sure to go to a specialist for the Implant.

In my experience more than the position of the implant, the technique and quality of implant matter. If placed by a skilled implantologist, an implant has a good prognosis provided that there is no medical history. Being hesitant about implant is understood but I guess if you get a consultation done once, you will get more clarity on this.
