Hello doctor, my daughter she is 2.3 years old and her tooth is getting brittle day by day. I have attached her tooth picture here with this message. Tooth ache, along with swelling in neck,
Severe tooth ache caused by wisdom teeth, but right tonsil is swelled, can not chew food, difficulty /pain during swallowing . Pain from 2days back. Gum is swelled. There is a pulsating sensation in the teeth with severe pain. I don't want extraction of the tooth.

Mild gum pain and inflammation
I have been experiencing some gum pain in my right molar since two days. There's redness too. I have been rinsing mouth with salt and warm water. It relieves the pain.
Today I noticed that a part of the tooth is detached and is stuck with the gum.
