Hello, Implant failure is linked to multiple factors. However it is not essential that every implant gets failed after 10 years. It all depends on the type of implant, technique of placement and how much masticatory loads are placed on it. Also the maintenance of it is equally important like following good oral hygiene and yearly dental checkup. Once properly placed , It's just like your natural tooth. If you don't take care of your natural teeth and  gums they can also get damaged, so is with the implant.
