Tooth and Mouth Problems

My 3.8year old is complaining of feeling weird / sour/ pain or not liking it on tounge since this morning and we observed small bumps / blisters on his tounge. Are they normal or some viral or bacterial infection? He does twice brushing and uses Colgate for 6yrs old kids toothpaste.please help.

I am 25 years old having spaces between the teeth. What is the best treatment that I can go for? If I opt putting braces for how many days I should wearing braces? And also how many months it will take to go's the teeth issue?

I can't chew solid, hard, crunchy, crispy foods on both sides of my mouth. I am eating only soft foods. am currently dealing with jaw pain on the right side under ear lobe and neck right side for 14 months now. Also tooth sensitivity for biting pressure and tapping on lower first right molar #46.Had root canal for the same reason and no relief yet. Suspected root fracture on it and cbct scan didn't show up anything. No changes after root canal. Not eating or chewing on this tooth or this side. Using only the opposite side(left side). Eating only soft foods on left. have a history on lower left first molar #36. I had a very shallow cavity filling on 19 in 2018 along with the upper molars.lower first molar36 was painful on and off. Had to adjust the high spots multiple times after the filling. Had to refill it in 2019 for this pain. It was a shallow cavity. So he did more fillings 2nd time. After the fillings,I couldn't chew on hard,solid, crunchy foods. can't chew on right side too.

I have gone throught scaling, cleaning of my teeth.i am suffering with bad odour from the mouth. Did many home remedies as well. It feels embarring some times.can you help

Whenever I open and close my jaw I hear clicking sound below right ear(tmj area). It's causing headache, dizziness, neck and back pain and tinnitus as well. It's gets bad after eating food or continuous talking on call. What is the treatment for this.
