Sir i lost my left side upper and lower first molar due to cavity i have my 2nd and third molar fully erupted can gap fill by braces

I see a yellowish line on my tongue, is it normal? Please tell me, in the middle is that normal? Plz help

Hello, as the title mentions, I visited two dentists till now and they are not able to identify the source of my toothache. The x ray of that tooth shows everything is fine but I get unbearable pain sometimes, mainly while chewing foods like raisins etc. It should be noted that I recently had implant done right next to the tooth that is paining. Kindly suggest whom should I visit for these kinds of pains and issues. Thanks.

Even after brushing twice a day regularly, I have a constant cavity issue and many a time a tooth breaks into small particles. What do I do. To conduct root canal for every teeth is very expensive. Could you please suggest, the reason behind this. If the root cause is defined I can work on it.

Extra tooth growing in between his front teeth because of that extra tooth the other side tooth is affecting .doctor suggested us to remove the extra tooth.  and the affected tooth I want to ask do my child need extraction will it not fall itself
