Cheek bite.
Due to an impacted wisdom tooth my second molar seems to have been a lil tilted downwards from one side ....i have removed the wisdom tooth now...but the second molar is feeling a bit sharp ...i can see a small white line on my internal cheek at that second molar bite region....it feels like a cheek bite...it does not pain ..but i feel more saliva that side ..makes me concious of it while talking to anyone.......should is smoothen the second molar...or should i let it be as it is ..

If the second molar is slightly tilted and has a sharp edge you can get it smoothened but very little otherwise you may have sensitivity. The actual treatment can be advised after clinical examination.
