Needed info about anatomy
In the given picture please tell me the name of the nerve/vein that is marked as yellow, and what can be the reason of that getting sore or itchy. Please enlighten me. Also that nerve/vein is prominently felt in buccal mucosa floor.

which marked yellow colour the border of partoidgland.that u can feel always.
If gland inflammed also there will be pain on palpation.
And no prominent nerve located at pointed yellow line.
I appreciate your interest .Anatomy of human is unique.
It takes yrs to understand.

See in this area both nerves and arteries move and provide sensation as well as blood supply.it is not always that a typical nerve or artery is involved but it can be due to plexus also.for further details you can consult me
