dilution is always better if you are having gum irritation after using.Donot drink or eat post gargles.

You should dilute it with water, as it can cause ulceration in your mouth. Still have queries then consult online or offline for better guidance.

1.5% hydroxyl can be used undiluted. If taste is an issue for you, you can dilute it with water. Swish for 30 seconds and spit. Do not ingest any of it. It will be foamy when you spit. After spitting, do not rinse mouth or drink or eat anything for 30 minutes.
