Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hello i got my wisdom tooth extracted on 23rd january 2016. Its been almost a week now n i dont feel much pain or irritation. So can i start drinking and smoking now or should i wait for some more time.

I am not sure if this is cavity. I have tried scraping it out but was not possible. These are black color stuff things sitting on enamel. Please see the image and suggest. Also tell me how can i get rid of it.

Past 3 weeks i have seen it. Not going even when m brushing. Please suggest me the remedy. These are small black dots over the enamel.

Hi, my friend has yellow teeth. Seems like some yellow thing is deposited on her teeth. Also her mouth smells bad even if she brushes twice a day. Please suggest what to do ?

I am suffering from TMJ pain since 3 years. I first consulted my dentist in 2013. Both my upper and lower pairs of teeth were misaligned . Now , through wearing braces upper teeth have been corrected ( still wearing braces ), but the doctor was very conservative in his approach and finally he decided to give a bite-plate to wear for lower teeth , so that my lower jaw will remodel itself. That reduced pain for a certain period of time , and the pain started again. So, I consulted another renowned orthodontist a year ago , whose treatment plan is to first extract two pairs of teeth( for faster progress ). Next , both my lower and upper teeth were tied with braces . Later, I was asked to wear Trainer ( for TMJ pain) during overnight and atleast one hour during day time.I am wearing that since 6 months . My deep bite has changed , and my pain gradually reduced.Now again it has come back, and this time more severely. I am not able to talk and chew the food as it pains immensly.pls help

Have been suffering from mouth ulcer since last week. Whole mouth has turned red. Not able to intake food. Even lips and tongue has turned red. I am also suffering from fever. Is it because of fever that I had for ulcers. Please suggest me any remedies

Outer wall for my lower left wisdom toot is gone feeling mild sesitivity. Need suggestion on dentist/clinic who can extract my tooth without me feeling any pain or sensation. or place were they practice laughing gas or anaesthesia. Truth is i'm scared and gone through right wisdom tooth, hurts with local anaesthesia.
