Tooth and Mouth Problems

I very frequently get ulcer in my mouth and throat and tongue. At that time I will not be able to intake any food. Tried using different mouth gel . but doesn't seem to work. It pains a lot . please help me.

I am aware that cosmetic dentistry procedures are best effective when done at an early age , would such a procedure at my current age prove to be difficult and ineffective ?

I dOnt have teeTh in shape thats why i want to change it or reshape it so which treatment is better for me and hoW many cost i have to paid for it??

I have a recurring problem of mouth ulcers also known as canker sores. Mostly on my inner lip or gums. I drink lots of water and take folic acid supplements too but they keep recurring. Is there a bigger problem that I must know? Please advise.

Yesterday evening I was eating a hard food and I heard a click sound in my right jaw joint. I noticed it and moved my joint again to see if I hear it again or not. I was able to hear it. Then after few minutes I started having a little bit of pain at the Jaw Joint part and then This morning when I woke up, the pain has been increased.
