Hi doctor, I have got pain on my rights side of my jaw. Am not able to open, and while closing I have got severe pain. Difficulties in opening and closing the mouth. NoW, the pain has exceeded and right ear is also affected.

It's time to erupt wisdom tooth. So most common cause of pain and reduced mouth opening would be erupting last molar if there is no caries. You have to consult a dentist soon.
