My friend's cheek is swelled up . He is having lot of pain there. He cannot able to talk Please suggest something

There is ache in the gum in between the last two molars since last two days. I fear as if there stuck something in between but i m not able to reach it (happened once more in recent past). Paining only at time of eating and it's too bad. Suggest something.
