Teeth problem(toothache)
My uncle is addicted to paan masala nd he is eating masala since ages...but past few weeks he is having toothache,as he accidently chewed small piece of stone inside in it from which there is d sore in the molars in the mouth and it causes problem in chewing food...and also suffering from unbearable pain ..kindly prescribed d precautions to be taken to get relief as soon as possible and as well as medicines...

Due to eating masala teeth attrition occurs,because of trauma due to stone pulp chamber is open that's why he feel pain.best is go for rct he will get instant relef

Hi as u have said it seems pain is due to trauma..for proper diagnosis i have to get an x-ray done..u have to visit a dentist for proper diagnosis...til then ask him to avoid chewing from that side ..to do warm saline rinses.4-5 times a day... U can give him aceclofenac+para two times a day Pantaprazole one tab once daily for 3 days.. Do not take medicines for more than 3 days Best of luck take care feel free to ask any further queries
