My lower molar is broken and a hole is left. How to get it repaired.is Root canal treatment required or just cap will work?

Hello Dr. Actually the opening of patotid papilla on inside of my cheeks has become prominant since last 2-3 mnths. It's more visible on left cheek than right. I dont feel any pain or anything with it. Don't hv any problem in eating or drinking. But sometimes I feel some irritating pain on left side. I saw these openings on my moms cheek but they are not so visible. Is there anything to worry about or its normal?? Your words would be valuable for me. Thanks n regards.

But i have small gap in front if my tooth doctor fill the gap with some kind of paste! It happened 5 years ago! Now i was feeling my front tooth its uncomfortable to eat food!
