Swollen,bleeding gums

I am suffering from gum disease(swelling and bleeding gums from many days) and its very painful. Doctors did deep scaling few times but it keeps on coming back. Who is the best doctor to visit for gum disease? Preferably one who has lots of experience in curing gum diseases.
