What does teeth whitening entail at a dentist's? Can it be done at home using some clinically approved gel/paste and is it effective? How much does it typically cost - at a dentist and self at home using gel?

Cusp of carabelli in max 1st molar, irregularly irritates tongue and results in ulcer formation. Irregular brown pigmentation on ventral surface of tongue from last 2-3 months.

Pain since yesterday above lower jaw right side (seems to be below gums) below all teeth. Sometimes pain is in upper right side too. Pain comes and goes. Not static. But intensity quite high, causing headache too. No swelling or redness in gums. No bleeding. I have a molar tooth's some part broken 3 months back. It was not discomforting till now, but it is paining a bit too. Pain more at night time. Please suggest what could be the problem and how to resolve?

Hii, Could you please tell me how to use gum paint. For how many minutes we have to keep that on gums after brushing the teeth?? And i hope it does not make the teeth become yellowish?? Thanks :)

Respected sir /mam. After extraction of teeth in how many days Bracing can be done. And also i want to know the duration.
