Tooth and Mouth Problems

How to fill gap of my front upper tooth. I am filling it is making gap day by day. Please give me advice. In advance thanks.

I have crowded teeth. As in my incisors are not very alligned. But i dont want braces. Are there any techniques/procedures by which i can have a good smile.

My central incisors are tilted inside. The tooth are not straight. And there is a small gab at the bottom. I have attached a picture. Kindly consult me what to do.

I've had braces 5 years ago but I couldn't wear my retainers religiously coz of it my teeth shifted a bit. Now my tooth next to the right front tooth has shifted inside. My orthodontist gave me a new retainer with a spring so that it can push my crooked tooth to misalign it. Since I'm shifting to another town I cannot visit my orthodontist again. My question is for how long I'll have to wear the retainer. Will it actually make any difference and in how much time I can see whether it is working or not? Thank you.

Hello, my mother's upper jaw has 4 missing teeth on the left upper jaw and 2 missing teeth on the right upper jaw. She doesn't want to go for a bridge replacement nor the fixed one as it was very much painful for her to bear. Hi doctor, I have rct done about 11 years ago in one of my molars and have not put any cap on it. Now I want to go for scaling of my teeth, first time ever in my life. So I want to know ia there any danger that the rct tooth can break during scaling as they say that tooth becomes weak after rct?

My gums are paining alot. No problem in eating but mouth feels heavey and pain is there. There area paining is majorly to right gum line. There seems to be white patches and excessive bleeding while brushing. Huge pain while using listerine mouthwash on that area. Cant visit a dentist right now. Any suggestions? And sharp pain if I press with my nail.
