Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hi, every morning when I do brush, I feel vomiting, this I am facing from last 7 year, earlier it used to some yellow liquid also come at time of brusing of teeth , I have discussed with many doctors, some told me it is a gastric problem, some told me it is my phobia, kindly advise

I have fixed a bridge on 3 molars of upper jaw 2 months ago. But I am feeling discomfort while chewing on that saide and also it becomes habit to clench teeh of fixed tooth. My whole concentration goes towards bridge sometimes I feel there is pain. I met surgeon they took x ray they didnt find any cause of discomfort. During rest I feel better but after eating something and speaking I feel pain and it diminishes. Some doctor says it is psychogenic pain. Please tell me how to treat this problem.

In my upper jaw right side its bleeding not all the time BT yes it is and little swelling and in my lower jaw right side again ..there is a gap between my teeth n gum ..suddenly..iam not sure if there is any cavity issue ..please suggest were should I visit . i can feel it everytime. Good morning doctors. I was suffering from high seasonal fever few days ago and I had recently shifted from north east to north. Hence there was a lot of change as well I changed my diet to veg. Now I am having acidic taste in mouth whenever I stop eating for 1-2 hours straight. Also during the evening (9/10pm), I start developing bad breath. Dear doctors, i have consulted with an dentist for whitening my teeth. But he told me its not possible due to fluoride effected my teeth. In my native place there is fluoride in the water, teeth are yellow because i am having that water from childhood. Is there any way to make my teeth white?
