Tooth and Mouth Problems

Dryness in tongue and lips and small ulcers created problem in eating food. Gums are swollen. Burning sensation on the lips and tongue. Kindly help me with which specialist / doctor to consult. We have already consulted ad general physician, ENT and gastroenterologist. No improvement after their treatment. Waiting for your help. Thank you

I am unable to open my mouth & it pain a lot when I try to do same. Problem is since last one week. I never chew/intake any sort of tobacco. I had taken treatment for my teeths i.e. caping was done inleft side three molar of lower jaw.

Every night nearly midnight my mother suffer from high pain in one of upper teeths(jaad) . She also examine her tooth to two dentist. They said that tooth is particular tooth seems to be very healthy. It is not decomposed by any bacterial worm. They said it seems to be like internal muscle or gum problem .they give some medicines but none of show results except paracetamol to use it during pain. What shoul my mother do to get releif from pain.?

I had RCT for my upper molar teeth around 2 months back and I dint put the cap. Is it necessary to have cap, what are the consequences if I don't?

Doctor suggested me that I need root canal treatment.could anyone tell me how much it will cost for that root canal +cap

My fiance is having zirconia crown for her two teeth after undergoing root canal procedure. However she is being charged 22k for the crown and it's fitting.I do feel that this is too high and probably could be done at lower price than what she had been quoted. My mother didn't consult to any of dentist till now. She feel some pain in this teeth n take antibiotics or painkiller to take relief bt it doesn't give her permanent cure. please suggest.I m also sending the images of affected area.
