Hi..it is a most common problem to all. Since it is last tooth to come in mouth, it often suffers lack of space leading to gum swelling and pain. Removing it is the only best solution. You can take Ketorol-DT two tablets in half glass of water after food. Take cold fluids not hot. You can book appointment with me online for painless extraction. Regards

Hello, the best home remedy is salt water rinses, but this will give you temporary relief from pain. you need to visit a dentist , get an X-ray done.the pain depends on whether the tooth is infected or not. keep the area clean. if required get it removed

Wisdom tooth eruption leads to severe pain. the episode may last for 3 to 5 days. Can not say whether its erupting straight or not. Get an X-Ray done by visiting a dentist. X-ray will be helpful in diagnosing if its erupting straight or not. If its not straight, then you need to get it extracted by an oral surgeon.
Next Steps
Till then, do warm salt water gargles 2-3 times a day. you can take pain killers if its severe.
Health Tips
There is nothing to be worried about and dont panic. Avoid very hot drinks or food

Hi...due to lack of space in your jaw, the wisdom teeth erupts abnormally. So, better to go for a check up and make sure what is the exact problem and get the treatment done, because this pain will be recurrent. In such cases mostly extraction of the tooth is advised.
Health Tips
don't have very hot foods, do salt water gargle at least thrice daily. this might help you temporarily.

Hi, wisdom tooth erupts between the age of 18-22 years, after which it is considered to be impacted or stuck in between. For immediate concern, it is advisable to rinse your mouth with warm salt water as frequently as possible, never give a hot pack. It is best to visit a dentist to asses the issue and take treatment. The best treatment for a wisdom tooth problem is to get the tooth removed. Please insist on an oral surgeon removing your tooth. There will be slight post operation discomfort for a day or two.

hi, It will be very much necessary for you to take a OPG xray and then visit a Oral Surgeon or Dentist to get it removed. Home remedies dont work most the time, and i cannot prescribe u with painkillers without actually knowing your medical condition fully. Try gargling your mouth with warm salt water thrice a day.. and if the pain is severe. i have few of my collegues in Bangalore.. I can refer you to them.
