hello,
bleeding gums could be because of deposits on your teeth or food lodged in your teeth. Visit a dentist get your scaling and polishing done, brush twice daily, maintain proper brushing technique, floss regularly and rinse after every meal.
Oil pulling therapy will help a lot. Take two table spoons pure sesame (Gingely) oil and gargle the same before brushing your teeth in the morning for 2 or 3 minutes. A thick foam like thick liquid will form then spit the same and wash your mouth with warm water.Repeat this for 5 days. Do not swallow the liquid as it contains toxins. Also do not spit in the sink as it may get clogged. Use sand .
