Tooth and Mouth Problems

I'm facing a problem i.e., bad smell coming from mouth while talking with others. I'm brushing twice a day and I don't have any bad habits like smoking, drinking etc. What to do? Explain it.

Ï have 2 big decades in tooth. 1 upward n 1 downward. So much paining. Cant control n cant concentrate anything

While having RCT in my 2nd root of my lower jaw, doctor mistakenly broke the needle inside the teeth and was not able to take it out after several attempts. He is saying that he has adjusted needle in such a position that it wont be creating any issues in future and suggesting me that we should start filling the cavity. Will the broken needle creates any issues in future or shall I go for filling the cavity??

I have an root piece in upper front region and wants treatment for this. Suggest me best possible treatment.

Root canal was done four months back in hyderabad but the problem is instead of cap my doctor did temporary filling now the filling is gone and space has formed. Is there any permanent solution for this. Kindly help me.

I had bunny teeth since childhood.at 13 yrs I opted for braces which lasted for 3 yrs.but still a slight bunny teeth is taking away my confidence while smiling.so should I definitely opt for braces again or is there any alternative for this since this is a small problem.and I wanted to know the approximate cost for treatment

Few months back I was undergoing a root canal treatment. But due to some difficulties, the operation was left in the middle when tooth was left open. After few days the tooth cracked and it got fractured, so it's swollen. Any solution to get rid of the swollen part in mouth. Previous dr. Suggested clavam 625, combiflam and Ornof oz. And if pain was severe then Tramadol.

I am 17 year old boy and i am suffering from bad breath from past 1 years. I consulted a doctor 1 year before he gave me a mouthwash and some medicine which solved my problem. But 2 month ago i sufferred from same problem again he said i had gingivitis so he advised me cleaning process so i followed that got my mouth cleaned by the dentition. That solved my problem for some time but now i am sufferring from it again. I am thinking it might be due to GERD ie bad breath due to stomach reflux so what i do now??

Hi Doctor, My friend says her gums bleed sometimes when she brushes her teeth not often but thrice a month....she says her teeth don't feel normal..is it a cause for concern....pics attached
