Tooth and Mouth Problems

I had an extraction 2 yrs back in lower jaw.. that time i didn't replaced that tooth. bt now i find difficulty in chewing from that side..can you suggest what are the option for that missing tooth??

Hi, I have been facing this problem for last three months. White dots appears on my tongue. They enlarge to form rings with white borders. Then they get fused together and form a large ring/ half circle with white ring.then it dissapear. This area looks different from other part of the tongue.it looks pink plane and without papillie.this process continues for 6-7 days.again the same cycle starts at the same spots on the tongue. Went to two- three dentists. No one could diagnos it.one dentist says its geographic tongue but he is doubtful its appearing at the same placce. Kindly help me with this?

Hi,my son is having tooth decaying ,all his front teeth were affected,restoration is done,fluoride application has done,restoration which are done for front teeth s not standing properly and I can find new lesions like white spots on other teeth,he is brushing twice a day,flossing,i have cut down middy snacks .. but I am not satisfied with the treatment.. please subject proper treatment
