I am having gums inflammation, bleeding and itching of tooth from past 3months. It is regular but very light. How much do you charge?

I experience mild pain during my jaw movement. If I concentrate on the area which is giving me and I repeat the action of closing and opening my mouth, pain gradually reduces. It again pains a lot when suddenly tried to open or close after a period of time.

I am having wisdom tooth infection on my lower left side. I am taking pain killer and antibiotics. My jaw is locked, cannot eat anything. Problem while swallowing as well. Its day 5, and its still getting worse. This morning my ear is also paining. Dentist did some cleaning of the tooth, told that it will be fine by Monday. But there is no sign of improvement.
