I have tooth pain. Is it sensitivity or cavity because it is also followed by bad breath despite brushing my teeth twice a day since 6 years regularly.

hello, you need to visit a dentist and get it checked. get an x-ray done if required. if there is a cavity, you need to get it filled. if there is infection to the root of the tooth, you need to get it treated. Bad breath could be because of deposits on your teeth or food lodged in your teeth. Get your scaling and polishing done. Brush twice daily, maintain proper brushing technique, floss regularly and rinse after every meal. Visit dentist every 6 months.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Without seeing how wilo we know if it is cavity or something else. You can take a pain killer like tab. Aceclofenac 100mg twice a day after food. Use a mouth wash to control bad breath.  Consult a dentist in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
