I am 21 yrs old and I am suffering from excruciating pain at side of my molars and it's even in the gum. The problem intensifies during winter and it is sudden, once it pains a lot and other time it is totally fine. I don't have any sensitivity and will it be safe to wear braces?

hello,
you can do warm salt water rinses as a home remedy. This will give you temporary relief from pain. You need to visit a dentist and get it checked. Get an x-ray done. the pain could be due to erupting wisdom tooth. If required get it removed. Let the dentist decide what is best for you.
