Hello,
Tooth pain ke kafi sari reasons ho skte hai. Aur jb tak reason ka pata nhi chale, painkillers bhi jyada waqt kaam nhi karenge. Apke liye sabse best rahega ki ap ek consultancy book kare aur pehle to pata kare ki kis wajah se pain ho rhi hai. Uske baad treatment accordingly ap kr skte ho.

Tooth pain like this is a sign of nerve involvement possibly if the pain is also present at night.
Pain killer in this case will only work for a few hours and wont give long term relief.
Next Steps
Visit your dentist/endodontist for a check up to see what needs to be done.
Health Tips
Don’t delay treatment as much as possible. You will be able to save the tooth to health and function and be pain free as well.
