hello, visit your orthodontist and get it checked. The gaping could be because our tissues have a tendency of trying to go back to their original position. the use of retainers will solve your problem.

Hello. A feeling of relapse immediately following removal of braces is something that can be expected, as our tissues have a tendency of trying to go back to the last stable position. Rest assured, it' ll definitely not undo all work that you have achieved through treatment with braces. As soon as you start wearing a retainer, your teeth should stabilise into their new position. In case there is actual relapse happening, your orthodontist can always use an active retainer to correct minor relapse.
Next Steps
I would recommend , you discuss your concern about teeth relapsing with your orthodontist as he'll be best able to evaluate and advise you and probably expedite the fabrication of the retainer.

Sometimes after removal of fixed orthodontic appliance teeth have tendency to move back to their original place. Once you start using your retainer spaces will close. But even after continues use of retainer for 6 months the problem of space getting open persists you will need fixed retainer.

hi, Its a quite common issue after taking out the braces.. i request you not to worry as the minor gaps can be closed with the help of retainers itself. after the gap closure ask the orthodontist for a ESSEX retainer for the best results.
