you need to visit a dentist and get it checked. Get an x-ray done. If there is a cavity you need to get it filled. If there is infection to the roots of the tooth, you need to get it treated.

You should do a course of antibiotic but that will provide only a temporary relief from infection , its better you visit a dentist and get your problem diagnosed and treat it as soon as possible. Because after taking medicines the infection cannot be finished completely.
