Dear sir . My problem is my mouth is not opening properly due to chewing pan masala since 6 year . When I tried to open it . There is a pain on my mouth . Now a days I quit chewing pan masala but still it doesn't open . And also consult me how to clean my teeth and make healthy. Only two fingers are going inside my mouth . I got my wisdom tooth extracted 12days ago..But after 12 days still I have a lump like feeling on my jaw Bone..I applied the heat pad for that..Is it right to apply the heat pad ???How much time it will take to get recover fully so that my jaw Bone will be like normal as before??? Please help me out
