plz immediately visit nerby dentist...he will prescribe u antibiotcs and painillers...once swelling is subsided we hav to take x-ray of dat region...and decide weather it will go fr root canal or extraction...

It seems that you have an infected tooth and the infection has spread from the confines of the tooth and has caused space infection as well. Medications can only provide temporary symptomatic relief and you should consult a dentist as soon as possible for some objective treatment so that the symptoms can be alleviated permanently.
