It seems that you have an infected tooth and the infection has spread from the confines of the tooth and has caused space infection as well. Medications can only provide temporary symptomatic relief and you should consult a dentist as soon as possible for some objective treatment so that the symptoms can be alleviated permanently. A proper clinical examination and an x-ray will be required to ascertain the exact cause of the swelling and the treatment will be based on that diagnosis. Regards.
