Tooth and Mouth Problems

I want to replace a tooth and before that removal of tooth is necessary, please consult

I have a painful bump in my mouth. The pain is very sharp, almost as if i jammed a sharp crisp into the roof of my mouth. The bump itself is sort of squishy; I can push it against the roof of my mouth, but it is rather firm. I also have a picture if need be.

I have decayed tooth in my mouth along with decayed wisdom tooth. Gums started bleeding in the night time. After taking antibiotics it stopped now. I have been to dentist for couple of times for tooth extraction. But couldn't due to local anarsthesia failure. Can you advise whether i can continue with these decayed tooth?

My jaw kinda gets stuck as soon as I try to close my mout or eat something, it then makes this really weird sobs as I try to open my mouth and if I keep opening it with my hands or with my mouth is pops and it hurts a little. Is this normal? It comes in periods at a time, sometimes it happens just once a day and like right now it's nonstop for about an hour every time I close my mouth

I have been recommended by my dentist to get both my lower wisdom teeth extracted. Will there be any future complications at all??? Kindly reply in detail. Thank you

I am on weight loss progrm. So my face became thinner too.Due to it my teeth feels little outward. So temporary braces can solve this prblm.
