It seems that you are suffering from pericoronitis in relation to your wisdom tooth which has led to space infection involving the muscles leading to trismus (reduced mouth opening). The most appropriate treatment for an infected wisdom tooth is the extraction of the offending tooth so that the symptoms are alleviated permanently. Try not to delay the treatment further. Regards.

Consult dentist .There would be infection at that site with swelling leading to restricted mouth opening.Get an intraoral examination and rvg done.
