Tooth and Mouth Problems

I am unable to eat Medium spicy food.. feels as if I am eating red hot chillies .....Gum bleeds when I brush my teeth ...gums have become red ....I have smoking habit.pls advice medicines for the same ....I have been facing this issue since last 6 months.
