Most Important thing to prevent cavities Is to Limit No. Of Intakes Per Day
An Intake is anything apart from water taken at one go
For eg .. you have 6 cups of coffee / tea during the day then if you have all 6 in one go then that is considered to be 1 intake but if you have 1 after the other with intervals during the day they will be 6 different intakes
So 6 different times carbohydrates were broken down and acid was produced which increases your chances to get cavities
Visit Your Dentist to get a dental evaluation done . Also Ask him to help you with your caries index ( how prone you are to get dental decay )
Brushing Twice Daily with Fluoridated Toothpaste
Use Of Regular Mouthrinse ( Not Containing Flouride )
Flossing at least Twice a week
Six Monthly Dental Check up And Scaling

Dont worry ..as u said u take good care of your teeth..and stil u r having the problem..many times its not just your diet..its the structure of ur tooth how its made.. get a regular dental check up every 6 mnths and best of luck
Tooth decay can be familial which is exacerbated by local factors. I would suggest maintaining your diet, cutting down on cola, brush and floss twice a day, and go for regular dental appointments. Also don't worry about it. Take care and just be vigilant not worried.
