Talk to experienced dentist online and get your health questions answered in just 5 minutes.
Kindly visit the dentist nearby. You may need a root canal treatment or extractions based on the condition of your tooth. The dentist would be able to examine properly and would let you know the exact treatment as it is impossible to say anything without having a look at it. For the time being you can have one pain killer like tab ketorol DT which is a dissolvable tablet and you can dissolve in half glass of water and drink. Hope this helps.
