An Intake is anything apart from water taken at one go
For eg .. you have 6 cups of coffee / tea during the day then if you have all 6 in one go then that is considered to be 1 intake but if you have 1 after the other with intervals during the day they will be 6 different intakes
So 6 different times carbohydrates were broken down and acid was produced which increases your chances to get cavities
