Decay teeth
Hi,I am 21 years old.I have tooth decay.I don't even eat sweets nd junk food.I want to know the reason for it and HW to clear tooth decay.

Most Important thing to prevent cavities Is to Limit No. Of Intakes Per Day An Intake is anything apart from water taken at one go For eg .. you have 6 cups of coffee / tea during the day  then if you have all 6 in one go then that is considered to be 1 intake but if you have 1 after the other with intervals during the day they will be 6 different intakes So 6 different times carbohydrates were broken down and acid was produced which increases your chances to get cavities

Visit Your Dentist to get a dental evaluation done . Also Ask him to help you with your caries index ( how prone you are to get dental decay )

Brushing Twice Daily with Fluoridated Toothpaste Use Of Regular Mouthrinse ( Not Containing Flouride ) Flossing at least Twice a week Six Monthly Dental Check up And Scaling

It is a common misconception that Sweet and chocolates causes decay. Any food that contains carbohydrates and that stays onto tooth for long enough will cause decay (be it chapati, rice etc). Tooth decay cannot be cleared by yourself.
