A proper clinical examination will be required to ascertain the exact cause of your pain so that the right treatment can be suggested after that.
Please visit the dentist for the same as soon as possible. If it is due to clenching of the teeth appliances called as night Guards can be fabricated so that they can help to cushion out the forces which are damaging your muscles and causing the discomfort.
