It seems like one or more of your teeth are affected by acute Irreversible pulpitis and will require objective treatment by the dentist in the form of root canal treatment. Paracetamol is a mild pain killer and is not sufficient for toothache. Also you should try to avoid self medication which can do more harm than good. And even more important is the fact that medications will only provide temporary symptomatic relief and will never cure any dental problem. Try to search for a dentist in your vicinity using Practo and consult them as soon as possible to identify the exact cause of your pain and Institute the right treatment as soon as possible. Regards.
